A few useful details.
Do all widgets use the same data source?
No. Music uses music services, supported fitness widgets use Apple Health, and location or weather widgets use their own services. Access is requested when the relevant feature needs it.
Does a location sticker mean changing the photo’s GPS metadata?
This workflow adds a visible place or map card to your composition. It is not an EXIF geotagging tool. You can style and position the card, and the available text or data fields depend on the widget.
Will an exported image keep updating?
An exported image captures the composition at export time. It is not a live dashboard, and its displayed data will not keep changing after it is saved.
What if a service has no results?
Check the selected location or activity, your connection and the relevant permissions. You can continue arranging your project and retry the data picker later.
