Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Glassy iOS app and this website. By using Glassy, you agree to these terms and to any applicable Apple App Store terms.

1. Apple standard EULA

Glassy is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless a separate written agreement applies, use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

2. App Store purchases

  • Purchases, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple through your Apple ID.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
  • If a purchase or restore does not appear correctly in Glassy, contact support with your device, iOS version, and App Store purchase status.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the photos, Live Photos, text, templates, stickers, and other content you import, create, export, or share with Glassy. Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Glassy to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the app, website, or related services.
  • Optional data-powered features should be used only for projects and stickers you choose to create.

5. Privacy

The Glassy Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected, how optional integrations work, and how to contact us with privacy questions.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as Glassy changes. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
